Kenneth Bronchick is of counsel to the firm and has been a member of the Florida bar since 1984. His practice is in Fort Lauderdale, specializing in real property law, including residential and commercial, as well as in the general corporate and estate planning fields. He has been awarded the prestigious “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell® (recognizing excellence in ability and ethical practice).
He is active in the community, whether business, legal or service oriented, and is currently a member of the following: the West Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce; the Fort Lauderdale/Cypress Creek Rotary Club (past treasurer-4 years); Director of the Governing Board of Broward Children’s Center; Director of BAREC – the Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council; licensed agent of Stewart Title Guaranty Insurance; licensed agent of Old Republic Title Insurance Company; member of the Broward County Bar Association; and, belongs to the Florida Bar Sections for Real Property and Probate and Corporate law.
He has previously served as a Kiwanian for over 15 years, attaining the position of Vice-President, and was with the Oakland Park/Wilton Manors Chamber of Commerce for well over 10 years, and is a past president. He has been a gold and later platinum fundraiser for the American Cancer Society’s Jail and Bail efforts, he coached and sponsored recreational soccer teams, and he has provided pro-bono legal services to the indigent.
